| Although this is a pension hotel it has an enviable central location. The facilites and accomodation are basic 'pension' style, suitable for clients looking for simple central accommodation. The rooms lead off from a corridor and are medium in size, simply decorated with elegant furnishings. Most of the rooms have a superb view of the Spanish Steps, Via Dei Condotti and Trinita Dei Monti. The hotel is housed in an historic 'palazzo' building dating from around 1400. The facade is typical of the surrounding architecture. There is no sign outside as the exterior of the building may not be altered in any way. The pension is on the fourth floor of the building and is reached by a small lift just inside the entrance. From the lift, guests enter a corridor which is ornately decorated, set back from which is the reception desk in a small alcove. |
