This hotel was nice. The only complaint I have is the shower was moldy. Other than that it was great. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke great English. We arrived early and our room was not ready. They keep our bags and showed us a map and told us how to get around so we could sightsee until the room was ready. When we got back to the hotel they had brought all our bags up to our room already!

Hotel was very nice although as I have coleaic they did not accomodate me even though yourselves advised them in advance, that was the only negative thing I could say. One receptionist was very helpful giving us a map and marking out the sights so this enabled us to walk to all the sights.
Top Tip
From the hotel we were able to walk to all sights and across the road is an excellent hovel of shops and restaurants which were very nice. The hotel recommended a restaurant which when we visited were treated very well with complimentary drinks.

We only had breakfast in the hotel. When we arrived we were put up in a different hotel around the corner, as there was a problem with our room (not fully explained).
Top Tip
Very close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Only a few minutes walk from Barberini Metro.

This hotel was recommended by one of your telephone staff and we were very satisfied with all aspects. Fantastic position in easy walking distance from many sights. Excellent breakfast and great restaurants within 5 - 10 min walk. Go down the side roads!

Lovely decor and comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Would have liked tea/coffee making facility to make it perfect.
Top Tip
Try the old part of Rome (Trastevere)for eating, as cheaper and more authentic rather than tourist traps. Very pretty streets and buildings.

Not sure if i would recommend, thought our room was tight and a supposedly four star hotel should at least have tea/coffee making facilities, which we missed.TV Channels were all italian speaking.

Comment
Location excellent, although had they given us a room facing the main road, perhaps the noise would have been a bother.
Room and service good- but nothing more than a 3 star+. The worst thing was the coffee- one of those machines! For a country famed for it's coffee, i think this was a huge let-down, and so breakfast was always 'incomplete'.
Top Tip
Don't eat around Fontana di Trevi- terrible tourist traps there. I would recommend Trastevere and Pantheon for good food.
And on your trip to the Vatican, i would advise carrying drinks and snacks with you. The coffee places/snack bars around the Vatican should be shut-down... they had the cheek to try and charge me 4 euros for a 500 ml bottle of water.

This small friendly hotel is ideally located for a short break. The staff were very helpful and were working hard to run the premises. The hotel is on a busy street but I wasn't disturbed by traffic noise.I would go again to this hotel ,which is more than I would say for others that I have stayed at.
